In June of 1993, Bob and Kathy Campbell and their family, along with a team of pioneers began to meet Sunday mornings at 95 Court St. in Geneseo, NY. Between June of 1993 and September 1993, the Lord began to open Bob’s heart to the possibility of full time church planting in Geneseo. December of 1993 marked a missions trip where God confirmed His call for Bob to Geneseo. Kathy willingly went along with Bob until the Lord also confirmed this call to her in April of 1994.

By January of 1994 we installed Bob & Kathy Campbell as the full time pastors.

A powerful installation service was held in April of 1994. There were words about our church being a church where disciples were produced, a harvesting church, and missions.

Pastor Bob and Pastor Kathy have a heart for missions and evangelism and this is evidenced in their many missions trips. Every year we endeavor to take missions trips. We have gone to India, China and numerous African Nations and many others have called and are waiting!

In June of 1998 the leadership team and the congregation felt directed of the Lord to change the name of the church from Elim Gospel Church of Geneseo to Harvest Fellowship to more accurately reflect our heart to reach out to the lost both here and abroad. In 2003 we changed the name again to more accurately reflect the realities of our fellowship. We have several nations represented and also felt the need to be called a church with family values and hence the name Harvest International Family Church.

By March of 2000 Harvest felt the need to be more closely aligned with Marion Christian Center in Marion, Ohio under the leadership of Dr. John Watson. We had been licensed and ordained with Elim since the late 80's, but decided to be ordained through the Network of Christian Churches in Marion, OH. Bob and Kathy were ordained with NCC in July of 2000 and were blessed to have Dr. John and Pat Watson, Prophets Jim and Judy Stevens, Dr. Bill Hamon, Mahesh Chavdah, as well as many in attendance from Harvest.

We are now affiliated with Network of Christian Churches in Marion Ohio, a ministry of Marion Christian Center with Dr. John Watson and MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries with Rick Joyner.
